Has aromatherapy properties. May use hot or cold. Place in microwave until very warm, use caution. Or place in plastic bag, and freeze in freezer till chilled. Made with rice as the main ingredient, each scented bag has at least a half cup of assorted herbs, Chooses are Unscented, Lavender, and a combination of Chamomile, Lavender, Eucalyptus and Spearmint.Each warmer is 21" long and 4 1/2 to 5" wide. I can leave all one cavity or split into two.  I take special orders. Please Note: Due to weight of this product shipping charges will be higher than expected. Each warmer weighs approx. 3 lbs.
